Place deep fry pan on a medium heat and put 1 cooking spoon of vegetable in it, when heated add your chopped garlic and onions stir fry then add your threaded chicken stir fry then add your carrot when the chicken is cooked.follow it up with the other veggies after a minute add your Mexican spice, Rosemary,coriander stir fry.
When it's ok now pour your rice into the mixture mix properly and make a wide hole at the middle and put 2 tablespoons of oil in the hole created and add egg leave for 1 minute before you mix all mixture together. Stir fry for a few minutes and turn off the heat..
You can serve with grilled or fried turkey..
