- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add in the water bit by bit while kneading until you get a firm dough. Cover and set aside..
- In a pan, put the chicken then add in the ginger and garlic paste, cinnamon, cardamom, curry powder, black pepper and salt. Mix in and put on the stove on low heat to cook..

- Take a sheet st a time, put two tablespoons full of filling at the middle top of the dough, roll one or twice, fold both sides then roll to the end apply the sealing paste and finish. Set aside repeat until your done with all the sheets..
