- Now add capsicum and saute well, add salt.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and saute well, then add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.
- Once tomatoes are mushy, add water and allow it boil, once water comes to a boil add the roasted vermicelli and mix well with the masala.
- Mix well cover and cook 3 mins on medium flame, then add chopped coriander leaves mix well and cook 2 mins on low flame.
