The ingredients needed to make Chop Suey:
- {Prepare 100 gms of Cabbage thinly chopped.
- {Take 70 gms of Bellpepper (any color).

- {Prepare 4 tsp of Tomato sauce.
- {Make ready 3 tsp of Red chilli sauce.
- {Get 1 1/2 tsp of Corn flour.
- {Take 1 cup of water.
Steps to make Chop Suey:
- Prepare the vegetables as mentioned in the ingredients list..

- Boil and fry the noodles and keep it ready on the serving plate..
- Add 2-3 tbsps oil in a wok / kadai / pan and add the garlic and onion chopped,saute and then add the chicken chunks and stir fry for 5-10 minutes.
- Then add the carrot and beans and cook, after sometime add the cabbage and bellpeppers..
- Add the green onion too and stir fry everything, adjust the flame accordingly so that the veggies don't stick n burn. Once veggies are cooked add the soya sauce first and mix then add the tomato sauce and Red chilli sauce and mix. Prepare the corn flour slurry with water and add it and mix so that no lumps form and cook for another 2-3 minutes...check the thickness of the gravy, if it thickens too much add little hot water as required. Divide and pour it on the fried noodles..
