Steps to make Veg Dum Biryani:
- Wash and soak the rice for 1/2 hr. Boil water in a big vessel. Once water starts boiling, add green cardamom, cinnamon stick, green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ghee and salt. Then add the rice. Cook it till 3/4 of the rice is done. Strain the water and keep the rice aside..
- In a bowl, take all the chopped vegetables, marinate the veggies with the ingredients mentioned above under marination. Keep it aside for 1/2 hr.
