The ingredients needed to make Egg roll:

  2. {Get 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.

Steps to make Egg roll:

  1. Take a Bowl transfer wheat flour into it add little water make a soft dough, keep the dough aside for 10 min.
  2. Now sliced all vegetables in Julien..
  3. In Julien vegetables now add little chili flakes, black pepper powder,and salt mix well, keep it aside, now take two egg, break it in a large bowl now sprinkle some salt and beat it well..
  4. Take a little dough now roll it, pour some oil on top spread it with your hand, sprinkle some dry wheat flour, now roll it like layered laccha Paratha, shown in below picture..
  5. Now take a pan heat it now places Paratha into it, now cook it both side without oil, now pour the oil on top, keep the flame medium, so that Paratha become crispy, now flip the side again pour some oil, when Paratha changes its color, now pour the beaten egg on top, then flip the side cooked properly in both side or till Paratha turn crispy..
  6. Now spread chili sauce and tomato sauce on top then fill the vegetables and roll the Paratha, here the delicious egg-roll is ready to eat..
  7. Serve hot with sauce.
