- Take green peas and green chilli in mixer jar and coarsaly grind it,and keep aside for next step..
- Now in a deep bowl take semolina,besan,curd,salt, termeric and roasted cumin powder, assefotida,grated carrot,fresh coriander and fresh soya leaves and mix well..
- Now add coarsaly grind green peas and chilli paste and soda in it and mix well..
- Add little amount of water if need to prepare a pouring consistency..
- Now cover it and keep aside it for 20 minutes to set..
- Now grease the waffle maker with oil or butter and pour the better in it and close it to cook or crispy,when done take out this..
- If you bake greased the waffle mould pour better and bake it in preheated oven at 160 to 170* 15 to 18 minutes or till crisp and done.
- Now pour some sweet and salty masala curd,some khajur and green chutney,sprinkle some red chilli powder (optional) over it for more taste..
