  1. Peel and wash all vegetables. Wash, rinse and Soak rice for 30 minutes..
  2. Grate tomatoes and make a puree. Grate ginger. Chop all vegetables in small pieces. Collect all the ingredients..
  3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger and saute for 2 minutes. Add finely chopped onions and saute till onion gets translucent..
  4. When onion turn translucent add all the chopped vegetables and saute for 2 minutes..
  5. Then cover the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. When vegetables are half cooked, add all the almonds and cashew nuts and saute for 1 minute. Add red chilli powder, salt, biryani masala and mix. Add rice and stir well..
  6. Add water, stir and place the lid and cook for 2 whistles. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically..
  7. Serve hot garnished with pure ghee..
