  1. {Prepare 1 of Medium sized potato.
  2. {Get 2 of Medium sized carrots.

  1. First, chop all ur vegetables and keep aside in water..
  2. Chop onions and tomatoes then add dry spices, oil then pressure cook it for three whistles..
  3. Then fry it well till it leaves oil..
  4. Then add in all vegetables and add a glass of water, garam masala powder and coriander leaves..
  5. Then keep it covered on low flame for about 15 minutes. If fresh vegetables or if u use frozen vegetables 10 minutes is more than enough..
  6. Then serve it hot with chapati or rice..
