  1. Take a pan add oil fry onion and tomato, green chilli, cashews and allow to cool, after it cools down then grind it in a mixer jar..
  2. Take another pan add all the vegetables with little water and cook the vegetables..
  3. Take a pan add butter once it melts add the seasoning to it with cumin powder and then add grind mixture, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder fry for five minutes, then add cooked vegetables and required salt, stir well and cover the pan with a lid and cook it for five minutes..
  4. Take a pan add oil, once it is heated fry the onion and capsicum cubes (don’t cook more it must be crunchy)..
  5. Add the fried onion and capsicum to the gravy finally then add coriander leaves for garnish, if you want more rice we can add fresh cream..
  6. Delicious restaurant style kadai vegetable is ready to serve..
