- Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and allow to splutter. Add chopped onion and whole garam masala and turmeric powder. Saute, till the raw smell of onion is gone. Now add tomatoes, salt, ginger, red chilli,cumin and coriander powder with 2 tsp water. Lower the flame, cover and cook till oil separates from the masala. Then, mix the paneer, veggies, chopped coriander and mint leaves and whisked cream. Cook for 1minute in low flame. Add a cup of water, mix well and cook covered..
